Some parts shine, others fall flat
The king studio was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed, creating a welcoming vibe! The staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression.
It was disappointing to find the pool closed for maintenance without prior notice and the breakfast options were quite limited, leaving me unsatisfied as I relied on it for a hearty start to the day.

Location was great, lots of eateries nearby.
I was really disappointed to find the indoor pool closed upon arrival, which we had been looking forward to. The couch in our room was extremely uncomfortable, more like office furniture than anything cozy. The long walk from the elevator to our room was a struggle, especially with my bad back and knees.

great for weekend strolls with easy access to attractions
the central location made it super easy to explore nearby parks like reinstein woods and the walden galleria mall was only about 1.5 km away for some fun shopping and dining, which I really enjoyed during my stay.

The Residence Inn had a serene ambiance with modern decor that made me feel relaxed and at home. The spacious layout of my suite, equipped with a full kitchen, was particularly convenient for preparing light meals during my stay.
More accessible seating areas in common spaces.

Accommodations felt homey and the kitchen made meal prep simple. Pool vibes are nice, though food options at breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Friendly staff at the front made us feel welcome, but my expectations for cleanliness were higher after seeing some issues in the pool area.

Oh man, the eats around here are to die for! Hit up TGI Fridays just down the road for some finger-licking good ribs. The bed in my One-Bedroom Queen Suite was a cloud you could drift away on, making it impossible to wake up grumpy. Plus, the cozy setup really made me feel like I was at home even for work.
Every room had cleanliness issues, and the last one even came with used washcloths. Talk about a buzzkill, especially for someone trying to get comfy for work. Just not cool, Cheektowaga!

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Indoor pool nice, but the breakfast lacked variety. Also, they had a tennis court which was a bonus.

I booked a stay in a King Studio with Sofa Bed. The setup felt cozy and the bed provided great comfort. The kitchen was easily accessible for meal prep. However, I encountered a few problems. On the second day, the breakfast options fell short, with only a few hot items available. The pool area had cleanliness issues. I spotted some trash that could have been taken care of. Overall, I appreciated the effort of the staff, especially during check-in, but they need to focus more on maintenance and cleanliness in other areas. I really liked the spacious layout of the room but feel that some updates are necessary to enhance the experience further.
